Tarcia N. Flemming serves as the 23rd Regional Director of the Marvelous Mid-Atlantic Region. She is a native of Durham, North Carolina and an alumnus of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is married to George Flemming 22 years and they have two sons Jordan Christopher, a Senior attending NCA&T State University and Justin Cameron, a Senior attending Blythewood High School. Tarcia has been a member of Columbia Chapter of Jack and Jill since 2008 and has served as Treasurer, Program Director, Teen Advisor and Protocol Chair and participated on several committees.

Tarcia has served on the regional level as The Immediate Past Regional Treasurer, Regional Logistics Chair, 2015 Children’s Cluster Chair, and a member of the Regional Protocol Committee. She was also an attendee of the 2018 Marion Stubbs Thomas National Leadership Academy.
Regional Director Tarcia is highly involved in her community. She is a member of the Friends of the Richland County Public Library Foundation Board and a member of the Newberry Chapter of ABWA. Tarcia enjoys traveling, sports spectating, specifically football, basketball and baseball and everything photography. In her spare time, she volunteers at the local high school as a sports photographer for the baseball team. She is a member of the Columbia (SC) Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and an attendee of The Brook.
Tarcia is most inspired by the excellence of the black woman and her ability to create, excel and produce no matter her circumstance and her favorite quote is “earn your leadership everyday”.
